Currently, I am employed at the University of Regina Students’ Union. I have been with the organization since 2008 and have worked as their Graphic Designer, Communications Coordinator, and now as the Senior Graphic Designer.
My responsibilities while working here have been to develop and maintain the identity of both the Students’ Union and The Owl campus bar through the production of logos, posters, online media, and other visual representations. As the sole director of the visual identity, I was allowed to experiment with new ideas, develop plans, and create the image that the union has today. I became involved in more than just graphic design, as my technological background played a key role in implementing URSU’s social media networks, updating its website, introducing a new URL amongst other things.
